What’s In My Diaper Bag | Only The Essentials
These are the diaper bag essentials I had inside of my bag, ones that felt necessary for the newborn to 6 month phase. Since he’s turning six months next week, I can comfortably say, having these things made momma life a lot easier.
He is beginning his journey to eating solids so his bag will be under construction for this next phase and I’ll be sure to share as we go 🙂 If you need a packing guide for travel or products for breastfeeding I was able to share the life-saving products that worked for me.

1. Baby Safe Hand Sanitizer (Spray Sanitizer Is Easiest For Me)
3. Diapers (I personally do not like how the pamper brand diapers smell, for me it’s questioning.)
I would take 6-10 diapers during outings because my baby cried at every tinkle lol.
Millie Moon Luxury Diapers and DYPER are my favorite brands (both cheaper than Huggies)
they also let my baby last longer through the night.
4. Diaper Rash Cream / Vaseline which is a multipurpose product that can be used for a variety of needs,
from moisturizing dry skin and soothing chapped lips (which I had as a breastfeeding mama all the time)
to healing minor cuts and protecting delicate areas of your baby’s skin & safe for their diaper area.
6. Changing Pad
8. Extra Onsie (Mom Hack: Buy Zipper Footsies 10/10) or a regular outfit.
9. Muslin Bibs (The soft cloth ones are good for drool and spit-up 0-6 months/regular bibs are for babies
who are in the process of incorporating fruits and vegetables)
10. Burp Cloth
12. Swaddle Blanket (Aden + Anais, Lifetree are my favorite Brands on Amazon + Target)
13. Pacifier Clip / Pacifier Holder Case Necessity! (Fabric Clips are recommended in the early stages,
Beads Teethers are good for 6 months + )
14. Extra Pacifier– This pacifier brand is very well-known and has grown with my baby all the way
until he was 3 years old. It’s designed without hard rubber and closely imitates the natural shape
and feel of a nipple, making it soothing and comfortable my little one.
15. Baby Bottle (Formula/Extra Breastmilk/Pump)
16. Baby Comb
17. Board Book
18. Teether/Activity Toy
